Allison Bonta leads all aspects of Devon Park’s investor coverage activities and builds relationships with the full spectrum of capital allocators and investors globally. She plays a key role in sourcing partners for the firm’s investment opportunities and optimizing needs throughout the capital structure for each transaction.

Prior to Devon Park, Allison raised capital for private credit and infrastructure strategies, most recently at Oaktree Capital Management. She has experience across a diverse range of closed-end funds, continuation vehicles, co-investments, separately managed accounts, club deals, Business Development Companies (BDCs), and rated notes. Allison began her career in investment banking where she focused on M&A and capital raises for companies in the consumer and retail sectors.

Allison graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
