PALM BEACH, July 23, 2024 — Devon Park Advisors, LLC (“Devon Park”), an independent advisory firm to General Partners for secondary transactions, today announced that Allison Bonta has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Investor Coverage. In this role, Allison will enhance Devon Park’s connectivity with the investor community and contribute to sourcing partners for the firm’s investment opportunities.
Allison brings more than a decade of fundraising and investor relations experience to Devon Park. Most recently, she led investor relations for the private credit and infrastructure strategies at Oaktree Capital Management. During her tenure, she increased the scale and breadth of the business and actively participated in Oaktree’s secondary and continuation fund activities. Allison began her career in investment banking, where she focused on mergers, acquisitions and financings in the consumer and retail sectors.
