Faris Elrabie joined Devon Park Advisors in 2023 and has over 12 years of private markets experience advising General Partners. Over the years, he has advised on over 50 GP-, fund- and asset-level transactions, representing $50+ billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining Devon Park, Faris led Greenhill’s US Sponsor Solutions effort as a Managing Director, where he originated and executed sponsor-level and sponsor-led transactions. Before Greenhill, he was the Chief Legal Officer and on the Executive Leadership Team at Alpine Investors, a people-driven equity firm investing in services and software businesses.

Earlier in his career, Faris was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and a founding member of its Los Angeles Investment Funds practice group, where he represented established, emerging and independent managers across a variety of strategies and jurisdictions on fundraising, secondary and other fund liquidity transactions, and on strategic sponsor-level transactions. His experience also includes counseling sponsors through ordinary and extraordinary firm-wide and fund-specific economic, governance, transactional and operational matters including conflicts, economic arrangements, succession events, product development, co-investments and syndications and sensitive investor relations matters, including clawbacks, senior executive and key person events. Faris started his career as a commercial litigation and restructuring attorney at Hahn & Hessen LLP in New York.

Faris holds MBA and JD degrees from Fordham University and a BA from Ramapo College.
