Todd Meadow joined Devon Park in 2023 with over 18 years of experience spanning investment banking, principal investing and corporate law. His comprehensive understanding of capital markets and an expansive network of financial sponsors, along with his experience across a diverse range of industry sectors and economic cycles, complements Devon Park’s expertise in the private markets.

Before joining Devon Park, Todd served as a Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Lazard. Todd also collaborated with Lazard’s Financial Institutions Group to originate and execute GP-level financings for a broad range of alternative asset management firms.

Todd first joined Lazard as a Vice President in the firm’s Capital Markets Advisory Group. In this role, he complemented Lazard’s M&A teams globally by advising clients on corporate finance, capital raising and strategic issues, covering all aspects of public and private debt and structured equity transactions. Todd was also a senior team member on multiple activist defense mandates and co-created Lazard’s Data and Trading Analytics platform.

Prior to Lazard, Todd was a Senior Credit Analyst and Principal Investor at Nomura. His responsibilities included identifying, executing and managing event-driven investments across the capital structure in industries such as consumer, energy, healthcare and industrials.

Earlier, Todd was an Associate with Liberty Harbor, LLC, an Opportunistic Credit fund within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He was integral to launching the $2.6 billion fund with his former team from the $9 billion multi-strategy hedge fund Amaranth Group, LLC, which is where Todd began his investing career as an Investment Analyst.

Todd’s professional career began as a corporate attorney with King & Spalding LLP. His transaction experience there encompassed M&A, leveraged buyouts, high yield bond offerings and restructuring.

Todd holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and a J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Todd is a member of both the New York and Connecticut Bar.
