Jason joined Devon Park Advisors in 2023 and has over 4 years of private markets and advisory experience. Prior to joining Devon Park, Jason was a Private Equity Associate at MidOcean Partners, analyzing and performing due diligence on potential fund investment opportunities in both the Consumer and Business Services industries. Prior to MidOcean, Jason was an Assistant Vice President in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking group at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, where he advised on and executed multiple M&A deals and capital raises for various healthcare clients. Prior to Barclays, Jason was an associate in the Alternative Investments Audit practice at PwC. Jason is also a registered Certified Public Accountant. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University. Jason is also conversational in Portuguese and Spanish.
