Tarek Chehabi joined Devon Park Advisors in 2023, bringing a decade of experience in both principal investing and investment banking, with a concentrated focus on real estate. Tarek has transacted across a wide range of real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, self-storage, and hospitality.

Prior to joining Devon Park, Tarek served as a Vice President at Jefferies. He rejoined the firm in 2021 after initially working in their Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging investment banking group for four years. In between his stints at Jefferies, he spent three years at Safanad, a principal-led investment firm, concentrating on real estate, private equity and public markets.

Tarek graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Politics & International Affairs.
