Matthew joined Devon Park Advisors in 2022 with more than 8 years of private markets and advisory experience, including over five years as a principal investor focused on the secondary market. His secondary market experience spans multiple transaction types, including LP interest acquisitions, GP-led secondary transactions, co-investments and primary commitments. He has invested over $1 billion across 25+ GP related transactions.

Prior to joining Devon Park, Matthew was a Principal at Committed Advisors, an independent global private equity secondary investment firm. In this role, Matthew focused on a broad range of secondaries transactions, leading origination, execution, and structuring of investments in North America. He also represented the firm in multiple limited partner advisory board and company board observer roles.

Prior to Committed Advisors, Matthew worked in investment banking at Raymond James, where he focused on M&A, valuation, financings and strategic advisory for companies in the healthcare sector. Prior to Raymond James, Matthew worked for Independence Blue Cross, a health insurance company in Philadelphia.

Matthew graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Societies and a Concentration in Healthcare Markets and Finance. He also serves as a board member of a not-for-profit organization supporting local children’s charities in southern New Jersey.
